I inquired about a laptop battery repair. I was initially served by a guy that was extremely rude and degrading. But another man, Saeed, quickly intervened. He was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. He took the time to take apart my laptop and clean it free of charge. He also printed different options for where I could buy the part. So if you go to the Coventry location, ask for Saeed!

Had used Mohammed's service to mount my TV and Soundbar. He is Professional, careful, respectful, methodical with measuring the height and width to match exactly what i needed. I have a 3 year warranty on my Google Pixel 2XL, which I have replaced once already with the Google store. Now that i am having issues again, and these guys just make it impossible to get a replacement. They told me my plan is suspended on their computer even though I continue to pay it every month. I have already spent 2 hours on the phone, getting bounced to different departments, trying to get it sorted and even had to send an email with proof of replacement.Terrible service.

Geek squad is a scam. I’m not even going to entertain this with writing paragraphs on how terrible that business is but it needs to be removed from Best Buy all together. Do not buy in, you end up paying more than you would ever save— and they’ll screw you over if it doesn’t completely fit guidelines.

I bought my laptop from Best Buy and I bought the top tier insurance they offered me. There was an issue with my screen, and all of a sudden the insurance doesn’t cover it and they said I need a different insurance (which they did not even offer me, they told me the top tier covers everything).Bruce then tells me it will be $400-$500 and take a few days. I just needed my laptop fixed ASAP so I said fine.It took over a month to get my laptop back. And they tried to charge me over $600.I also heard Aaron laugh with Bruce that they got my password, which they told me they required but they don’t.It made me feel extremely uncomfortable that two grown men were laughing at having my password as I am a young woman.I asked to speak to management, who was Alyssa. Her response was ‘I dont mean to belittle you or diminish your experience, but I wasnt there so there is nothing I can do’.I told her to have Adriana call me asap. I received no call, and when I call there, there is no manager to speak to apparently.Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot believe headquarters thinks this is okay. However, it seems this is a pattern that they do not care about their customers judging from their awful ratings.Always choose Apple. They charged me 50% what Best Buy did and had my laptop ready in 3 days and were completely amazing and transparent the whole way through. Proper customer service and highly trained staff.

This company not only sells you the best items that sound good together, but they will go out of their way to make sure you know what you are doing, and they aren't really expensive either. Great service, friendly. Mark really knows turntable stuff. Both Mark and Max are extremely helpful!!

I had purchased an extended warranty on my appliances last year. This year I am facing one issue with my dishwasher for which I called into Geek Squad on August 16th, 2021 and I had been provided reference number # 43693352. Now after that it's been hard time for me to juggle and follow up for my issue of appliance. First thing, the technician did not appear on the scheduled date and visited a few days after to investigate the dishwasher issue. Later I found that the dishwasher can be repaired so waited for that, after that some part was ordered so have to wait for that. I was told over phone initial ETA of 30 days and if not repaired within that time my appliance will be replaced. With this it has now been almost 60 days. Even today when I follow up with Geek Squad, I am told that my request is under process and it will take some more time for which I have no option except to wait for x number of business days. This same response was given one month back and time keeps extending. I am not provided with any written commitment though asking many times. Moreover, I am eligible for replacement of appliance since it has already crossed time but that is also not guaranteed.It looks like it can go indefinite and I lost hope though I had purchased extended warranty from Best buy where only Geek Squad is the option. I do understand that due to the pandemic there are some hiccups but at the same time I don't expect unethical and irresponsible behaviour.

Paid for install.They loosened bolts and didnt re tighten, they stripped screws and bent the brand new stand ever so slightly.I paid for install on delivery, and had to redo everything alone,myself.They are not worth the hassle as the store phone will not answer(automated)Then Geek squad support can't process refunds on labour.Never deal with Geek Squad, useless.
