Shore 2 Shore installed at our home a state of the art home automation system in 2010. Since then, they have come back periodically to upgrade the system to keep up with the technology with minimal cost. It has been a very pleasant experience dealing with Shore 2 Shore over the years. Darryl Shore and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and quite up to date with the advancement made in this industry in the recent years. Their pricing is reasonable, the quality of the work is top notch, the staff are very courteous and respectful, and the company is accessible for an emergency even after work hours. Shore 2 Shore have been great for us. They designed and installed a great, integrated electronics system for our whole house. The whole process was a pleasure from design through to operation. Shore to Shore did a complete renovation of our automation in my home in Ardrossan. This included audio and security. Our area is noted for poor internet and Shore to Shore worked to resolve and make sure our home was connected. When we have failures, their service team responds promptly and if possible, remotely resolves or goes out of their way to visit our home and resolve. Thier service team is trusted and has on several occasions went far beyond what would be normal expectations including long hours after the workday is done and working with others to resolve what may not even be the equipment they installed failure. Great service and easy to work with. Designed our home audio/visual, alarm system and lighting automation. If we ever have any issues, always there to fix the problem and we like the app for our phone/ipad as makes running the music, lighting etc... very simple.Darryl, Scott and Bill are great guys and keep things simple for us non-techies and that's a good thing! Shore 2 Shore Automation is very knowledgeable and gets work done in a timely manner. Their home automation system is user friendly which to me was very important.
